"Did you know that Mademoiselle is French for Miss? #themoreyouknow. I grew up in Montreal where my family owned and operated a bakery. I witnessed a few things in that bakery: love and communication through food, hard work, innovative recipes and sugar addiction. I started modifying the recipes my family routinely used in the shop to accommodate my roommate’s gluten intolerance and found I was also digesting them better! This led me to study holistic & culinary nutrition. I have a real passion for healthy fusion recipes. You will find my food has a certain je ne sais quoi that will have you wanting more!"
